Several scholarships are being offered at $1000!
In 1988, the South Tahoe Association of Realtors established a scholarship fund to be awarded in the memory of Barbara Kelly, a past president of the board and a founding member of "STAR" scholarship committee. The scholarship is open to seniors graduating from South Tahoe High School. Offspring of members may be given preference.

- South Tahoe High School, Independent Learning Academy 9-12
- GPA Minimum:
- 3.20
- Other Requirements:
- STAR members offspring receives extra consideration
