Scholarship Information

Gold Nugget Soccer Club is a non-profit organization supported through player registration fees, league fees, sponsorships and donations. Their goal is to provide an opportunity for youth players of all levels of skill to participate in soccer programs. They provide scholarships for Senior students who have contributed to the community through the GNSC and High School soccer programs and who are planning to continue their education beyond high school.

GPA Minimum:
3.00
Other Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: Have either played, refereed or coached for Gold Nugget Soccer Club a minimum of two (2) seasons, Have a total weighted GPA of 3.0 or better.
Considerations Not Applicable:
Ethnicity, Gender, Financial Need, College Choice, Intended Career/Major

  • Letter of Recommendation (letters of recommendation must be signed by the recommender before upload) - qty 2
  • Unofficial Transcript - qty 1 , Must obtain PDF from College & Career Center
  • Essay - qty 1 , Topic: An essay on the subject of “How has your participation in soccer for Gold Nugget Soccer and your high school team helped prepare you for your future?” or “How do you plan to stay active in the soccer community following college?”, Word Count: 500-700
