Scholarship Information
The $1,000 Socorro Vega Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating student from El Dorado, Ponderosa, or Union Mine High Schools. It has been created by the generosity of Socorro's family and friends to encourage students to pursue higher education. Special consideration will be given to applicants who will be the first in their family to go to college.
