Scholarship Information

The $4,000 Hazel & Robert Combellack Scholarship has been made available by the generosity of Hazel & Robert Combellack family and friends for a student who plans to pursue higher education as a full-time student. The scholarship will be paid in four installments: $1,000 for each year of college after providing proof of enrollment in good standing at a 4-year university or trade school.

High School Requirement:
Golden Sierra High School, Charter, El Dorado High School, Independence Continuation, Mountain View High, Oak Ridge High School, Ponderosa High School, Union Mine High School, Mt. Tallac High, South Tahoe High School, Other - Private, John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills, Charter Community School Home Study Academy , Rite of Passage, Clarksville Charter (TK-12th), Buckeye Union Mandarin Immersion Charter , Cottonwood (TK-12th), American River Charter (TK-12), Charter Connections Academy (9th-12th), Charter University Prep (7th-12th), Charter College & Career Prep (7th -12th), Pacific Crest Academy , Divide High School (9th-12th), Elevated Digital Academy
GPA Minimum:
3.50
College Requirement:
4-year College or University or Trade School in CA
Other Requirements:
  • Applicant must have participated in student government, school clubs and/or another specific community activity centered on volunteering.
