The Emily Picco Memorial Scholarship has been established in memory of Emily Picco, a 1999 graduate of El Dorado High School. Emily passed away suddenly on April 15, 2002, as the result of a stroke. Emily was a semester away from graduating from California State University, Chico with a degree in Media Arts. Throughout college she worked in the television news production arena. This $2,000 award is designed for El Dorado High School Seniors planning to continue their education at a two or four year university, in pursuit of a career in the fields of Media Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, Social Media Design, Drama and TV/Film Production, Fine Arts OR Performing Arts.

Other Requirements:

Applicant must be graduating from El Dorado High School and planning to study Media Arts Graphic Design, Web Design, Social Media Design, Drama and TV/Film Production, Fine Arts OR Performing Arts.
