Use the generic application. The number and amount of each scholarship will be determined by the criteria set forth by the Executive Council. Council Treasurer will issue a check to the recipient(s) when notification of enrollment is received from the institution. Failure to enroll within one year voids the award and the amount shall remain in the fund.
The selection committee will be composed of three leaders, each having three years experience as a project leader and each from different clubs. None of the three may be related to the applicant. Consideration shall also be made to minimize the possibility of a judge and applicant having the same 4-H club affiliation.
