Scholarship Information

The Cameron Park Rotary Community Foundation has established funding for graduating seniors from all Western Slope high schools, or returning students who will be living and working in the Western Slope area of El Dorado County, who have demonstrated outstanding vocational aptitude and interest, commendable academic performance, participation in community or school service activities and have demonstrated financial need.

The Foundation offers multiple grants in the amount of $1,000 each or more based upon student's program. These grants are renewable for an additional year upon proof of satisfactory completion of the initial year of the approved school program.

Scholarship Requirements

High School Requirement:
El Dorado High School, Independence Continuation, Mountain View High, Oak Ridge High School, Ponderosa High School, Union Mine High School, Pacific Crest Academy
GPA Minimum:
2.00
Other Requirements:
Any Western Slope high school, trade school or accredited alternative school is eligible to apply for this scholarship.
