Scholarship Information

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Gordon Vicini and Jim Carter Boys & Girls Club El Dorado Alumni Scholarship. Each year, three Club alumni will receive a $2,500 scholarship to assist them in their continuing education at a four year college or a trade school. The Club is thrilled to honor Gordon & Jim's decades long support of their Mission and looks forward to supporting former Club kids as they take the next step in their education. Please note that at least one of the scholarships given out each year will be granted to a Club alumnus that is continuing their education at a trade school. Applicants must have attended the Placerville, Pollock Pines, Georgetown, Cool or Camino Club for 3 years.

High School Requirement:
Golden Sierra High School, Charter, El Dorado High School, Independence Continuation, Mountain View High, Oak Ridge High School, Ponderosa High School, Union Mine High School, Other - Private, John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills, Charter Community School Home Study Academy , Rite of Passage, Clarksville Charter (TK-12th), Buckeye Union Mandarin Immersion Charter , Cottonwood (TK-12th), American River Charter (TK-12), Charter Connections Academy (9th-12th), Charter University Prep (7th-12th), Charter College & Career Prep (7th -12th), Pacific Crest Academy , Divide High School (9th-12th)

• Boys & Girls Club attendance: 3 years enrolled and attended any of the Clubs across the Slope
