Scholarship Information
Founded in 1952 the El Dorado County Republican Women Federated has been dedicated to supporting and maintaining Conservative Principles in our community. We believe that active involvement in both local and federal government is essential for the health and wellbeing of citizens and the community. We serve to educate the public about the principles of the Republican Party, influence legislation on the state level, promote the involvement of women in local & state government, and encourage citizens to get involved in their community.
Two (2) $750 scholarships will be awarded to two applicants going into any vocational/trade program, college, or university.
Scholarship Requirements
- High School Requirement:
- Golden Sierra High School, Charter, El Dorado High School, Independence Continuation, Mountain View High, Oak Ridge High School, Ponderosa High School, Union Mine High School, Mt. Tallac High, South Tahoe High School, Other - Private, John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills, Charter Community School Home Study Academy , Rite of Passage, Clarksville Charter (TK-12th), Buckeye Union Mandarin Immersion Charter , Cottonwood (TK-12th), American River Charter (TK-12), Charter Connections Academy (9th-12th), Charter University Prep (7th-12th), Charter College & Career Prep (7th -12th), Pacific Crest Academy , Divide High School (9th-12th), Elevated Digital Academy

Additional Scholarship Information
The scholarship will be paid to each of the two awardees upon receipt of a copy of the student's 'Verification of Enrollment' from the respective college, business school, trade school, or university registrar office.
Scholarships will be celebrated with recipients at one of our monthly meetings in Placerville.
