Scholarship Information
The Jason Clark Memorial Scholarship was created in loving memory to honor the spirit with which Jason Clark lived, loved, and coached. Jason was an exceptional community servant of El Dorado Hills as a mentor and coach to young people through youth sports for more than a decade. Most notable, Jason was the Freshman Head Football Coach at Oak Ridge High School, where he provided his student/athletes with a welcoming, personalized introduction to Oak Ridge High School, giving them an avenue for success through peer relationships and a positive mentoring experience from coaches on campus. Jason truly enjoyed in others' success and was selfless in his efforts to lift them to their potential while instilling lessons of hard work, respect, and honor. Above all, Jason was a loving husband to Andrea Clark and a father of 5 children (Maddie, Desi, Aden, Hudson, and Paisley) who are still deeply seeded in the El Dorado Hills community.
The scholarship was established to encourage and recognize graduating Oak Ridge High School seniors who demonstrate the essence of how Coach Jason Clark lived his life, leaving a lasting impression on those he served and served with.
