Scholarship Information

This $1,000 scholarship was established in memory of Valerie N. Smith, a long-time resident of South Lake Tahoe who had a passion for running. Val wanted a scholarship to support college-bound South Tahoe High School student athletes with special consideration given to distance runners. All athletes are welcome to apply.

South Tahoe High School
Other Requirements:

Applicant must have participated in one or more seasons of athletics at STHS. Special consideration will be given to Cross Country and Track athletes.
